Why are there albino mice and rabbits but no albino horses?

There have been a few albino horses.

But albinos are sensative to light, and it's easier to breed large numbers of small creatures in semi-dark conditions than it is to breed large numbers of big creatures like horses. Also, an albino mare has one foal a year. An albino mouse or rabbit could hae hundreds of offspring. Why are there albino mice and rabbits but no albino horses?
There are no albino horses because the gene (the one that causes true, recessive albinism in other species) is thought to be lethal in equines. All ';albino'; horses are caused by something else, i.e. cremello, spotting genes (body is one big with spot), etc.

there are albinos on every species. you just dont see as many horses because people dont want to breed them. albino's havve no pigment and therefore no sun protection. mice and rabbits are often kept in doors and don't get out in the sun very much but horses live outside and having no sun protection they would easily get cancer and die so people don't try to breed a horse that will have a short uncomfortable life
There can be, it's just extremely rare.

Also, albino creatures are very rarely seen in the wild as they're either killed because they stick out like a sore thumb, or captured for sale on the rare pet market.
Allot of albino animals die on birth because they are weaker so you rarely see them on top of that fact that its rare to have an albino to start with.
there are albino horses .. there just rare
