The Redwall series by Brian Jacques involves plenty of rodents. Start with Redwall and go on from there.





The Amazing Maurice and His Educated Rodents by Terry Pratchett is hilarious.





The Tale of Despereaux by Kate DiCamillo is very cute and fun :)
