Is it safe to feed my leopard gecko pinkie mice? If so, how often?

Once or twice a month. This is often done to add a bit of variety to the diet, and give the gecko a bit of fat to keep its weight up. (A nice fat tail is healthy for a leopard gecko).

Vary your gecko's diet when possible--calcium-dusted crickets and mealworms are a good staple, but phoenix worms and silk worms are even better. Butter worms and wax worms are good as an occasional treat, like pinkies.

If you can bear it, roaches tend to be well received. Orange-head and lobster roaches are the most common feeders. Watch out for those lobsters, they can escape. lolIs it safe to feed my leopard gecko pinkie mice? If so, how often?
Safe, but unnecessary. Geckos do fine on gut-loaded crickets and worms. The mouse doesn't carry as much nutrition as a properly fed cricket. Is it safe to feed my leopard gecko pinkie mice? If so, how often?
Pinkie mice are usually for feeding gravid females. Yes you can, most people don't. One or two a month max. Adult leos ONLY.
