mama mice are incredibale i bet all of them make it if not all the healthy ones will. just let her do her thing like you are and try not to worry.What is the chances for survival of first litter of 9 baby mice ,1 day old , without interference ?
If they are all healthy. Then I say all should live. Mother rodents are very good at mothering. She will feed them and care for them.

In the cat section, mice whether babies or adult, have virtually nil chances of survival! Take your mice quickly to the mouse section, they will have a better chance!!
there is a great chance of survival, just leave them alone for about week, the mum will take excellant care of them.
