What thesis statement could i make about Curley's wife from the book, ';Of Mice and Men?';?

You could go the route of Steinbeck's portrayal of the influence of women during male dominant era. You could compare and contrast the powerful influence that both she and curly had on Lennie. The soft feminine pursuasion (you could also use the bunnies as symbolism) vs the bullying forcefulness of Curley. Neither of which worked because Lennie's lack of understanding the jealous motives of her and his brute strength to overpower him. Also, did the fact that she lacked certain morals make her more delicate and eventually lead to her fate? Was she a casuality of the majority male environment with a lack of timely intervention? Why did Steinbeck want us to mourn her horrible fate when the reader could question her ';innocence'; and integrity?

Food for thought

Good luckWhat thesis statement could i make about Curley's wife from the book, ';Of Mice and Men?';?
Curley's wife is merely that: Curley's wife.

Curley's wife does not know the strength of her wiles, just as Lennie is unaware of his own physical power, and both play into the tragic ending of the novella. What thesis statement could i make about Curley's wife from the book, ';Of Mice and Men?';?
She is a seductive, sneaky, and shameless woman who craves more and more.Hope this helps!
